Tech Geek guarantee the times it takes to repair,upgrade,system build,service or supply a product.
Warranty claims can be made by returning the good concerned to the location where purchased within the warranty period,together with the original invoice.
Any warranty claims on repairs or services Tech Geek have provided only cover the original faults;repairs or goods installed which were ordered by you.
Any warranty becomes invalid if the goods or items concerned are tempered with by non Tech Geek personnel.
Tech Geek cannot be responsible for loss of data resulting from our services.
Tech Geek cannot be responsible for the corruption or inability of programs to run after data or program transfer has been carried out to another Harddrive.
Tech Geek reserve the right to refuse to provide a service or supply a product.
Tech Geeks charges a 20% restocking charge for the return of faulty products.
Warranty claims must be accomplished by proof of purchase and payment.
Consumables are not covered by warranty and will be charged for if required to undertake a service.
Tech Geek reserves the right to charge for warranty claims which have no fault or faults,or were not related to the original service stated on the invoice or job sheet.
All goods returned for warranty claims must be in original packaging,complete with disks and manuals,to enable Tech Geek to return the same to the their suppliers.
Tech Geek reserve the right to dispose or sell the goods which have not been collected for four weeks after they were ready for collection.
All goods left for service or repair are done entirely at the owners risk and no responsibility will be taken for damage or loss(including loss of data or software programs) howsoever caused while in Tech Geek custody.
All goods suppliers remain the property of Tech Geek until paid for in full.
We do not provide warranty for the laptop/phones/PC or another repair unless stated on the receipt.
We provide warranty on the laptop and phone accessories and the warranty period will be mentioned on the receipt. Some items have 3 months or 6 months or a 1 year warranty.
In case of items with manufacturing warranty, we won’t be directly responsible for the faulty item. No refund can be provided for that only we can return the item back to the vendor and when we get a replaced one from vendor, then we can give it to customer. So customer needs to wait for up to 28 days for items.
We don’t have any refund policy unless the item sold is found faulty in 3 days from the date of purchase.
We give warranty on refurbished laptop/Pc (we sell), if there is any fault in the laptop which is covered under warranty, customer needs to present the purchase/warranty receipt.
No warranty for software issues fixed.
We only provide manufacturing warranty on laptop/phone/PC accessories.
